On the afternoon of August 29th, Liu Hongmei, Director of the Women Workers Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU), and Kong Fanyu, staff member of the ACFTU Women Workers Department, visited FIOCCO Group for inspection and research. They were accompanied by Yao Xiaoyan, Director of the Women Workers Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Shen Chao, Vice Chairman and Party Member of the Ningbo Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; and Shao Yinghao, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Yinzhou District Federation of Trade Unions, among other leaders. FIOCCO Group Chairman and Provincial Model Worker Shi Yun warmly received the delegation.

Director Liu and her delegation first visited the highlights of FIOCCO Group's industrial transformation, expressing high recognition for the Group's efforts and achievements in deepening its roots in the fashion textile and garment industry over the past 32 years while actively promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Subsequently, they inspected the development of key facilities such as the "Mom's Warm Heart Room" and the "Xu Qing Model Worker and Artisan Innovation Studio."

FIOCCO · YESGO Valley Fashion Tech Park, leveraging spatial renewal as a key initiative, has thoughtfully established three "Mom's Warm Heart Rooms" within the park from a human-centric perspective. These rooms are open to all female employees of the enterprises stationed in the park, providing nursing mothers with a private, hygienic, and comfortable dedicated space.

The "Xu Qing Model Worker and Artisan Innovation Studio," established in 2018 and led by Municipal Model Worker Xu Qing, has consistently adhered to the exemplary spirit of model workers. It has carried out a series of innovative initiatives in areas such as design innovation and overseas market expansion, earning honors such as the "Ningbo Model Worker and Artisan Innovation Studio" and "Yinzhou District Model Worker and Artisan Innovation Studio."

Director Liu Hongmei fully affirmed the achievements of the "Xu Qing Model Worker and Artisan Innovation Studio." She emphasized that model worker innovation studios are vital platforms for stimulating innovation among enterprise employees and nurturing highly skilled talent.
