On July 17th, Zhang Shifang, Vice Chairman of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a delegation to FIOCCO Group to participate in the thematic consultation activity of the "People's Livelihood Deliberation Hall" focused on "Strengthening Communities and Benefiting the People to Promote Common Prosperity · Urban Premium Lines to Foster Urban-Rural Integration." At the beginning of the event, attending leaders and representatives conducted an on-site inspection of FIOCCO Group · YESGO Valley Fashion Tech Park. Shi Mei, Member of the Yinzhou District CPPCC Committee and Director and President of FIOCCO Group, provided a detailed introduction to the enterprise's development situation and the park's innovative practices in industrial chain integration, public service platform construction, and industrial transformation and upgrading. Vice Chairman Zhang Shifang highly affirmed the park's transformation model of "spatial restructuring + resource sharing."

During the symposium, the District Social Work Department and Dongjiao Subdistrict delivered special reports on the operation of community-strengthening companies and the development of community social enterprises, respectively. Committee Member Shi Mei, drawing on the operational experience of YESGO Valley, proposed suggestions such as "precise demand matching," "localized talent cultivation," and "service ecosystem optimization," providing valuable insights for the sustainable development of community social enterprises.

Committee Member Zhou Zaifang, leveraging previous collaboration experience with Dongjiao Subdistrict, proposed enhancing internal circulation through four aspects: resources, talent, products, and space.
